Server

Description

At Beech Mountain Brewing Company, our servers are at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a server, you will provide friendly, attentive, and prompt service, ensuring each guest feels welcome and enjoys their time with us. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who excel in customer service, have a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a lively, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations on food and beverages.
Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
Process payments, handle billing, and manage cash transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

Proven experience in a serving or customer service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling.

Line Cook

Description
