Ready for you when the temperature’s continue to rise throughout August, KG’s Tropical Lager dropped just in time to cool you off.
Sitting at 6.0% ABV, 16 IBU and 3 SRM, this crisp easy-drinking summer lager has a little something special blended in. In addition to using new exciting hop varieties that aren’t usually found in lagers, we worked with a tea company to source an amazing tropical green tea.
This tea has tropical flavors of pineapple, papaya and mango. Whether you’re on an island beach or at Beech Mountain, this beer pairs best with warm weather.
Best part? This beer gives back. KG’s Tropical Lager began in conjunction with Purposeful Pints–a way to give back to both local and regional organizations all while enjoying your favorite beverage. Beech Mountain Brewery Co. has already worked with popular non-profits including the Colon Cancer Coalition and Mountain True. For each pint purchased, 50 cents is donated to these organizations.
